By using Create Your State™ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree please do not use the app or website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Create Your State™. By accessing the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

Wellness Tool — Not Medical Advice

Create Your State™ is a personal wellness application — not a medical or clinical service. The AI Mentor is a wellness companion not a licensed therapist or healthcare provider. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified professional for any medical or mental health concerns.

Individual Results

Wellness tools support growth but do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary by individual.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, the ARC Reset Method™, and the Seven Realms of Wellness framework are intellectual property of Create Your State™ LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

User Content

Content you create within the app — including journal entries and ARC Reset history — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your personal content. As described in our Privacy Policy, your content is stored locally on your device and is not accessed by us except as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Create Your State™ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for any user who violates these Terms or uses the app in a way that is harmful to others.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify users within the app and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
